Leadership Team from the Chaoyang District Bureau of Justice Visited Nuoheng Law Firm for Inspection and Guidance

The leadership team from the Chaoyang District Bureau of Justice, led by Party Secretary and Director Ni Dongxin, along with Di Jing, Deputy Director of Chaoyang District Bureau of Justice and Secretary of the party committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers' Association, and Liu Suhong, Secretary General of the Chaoyang District Lawyers' Association, paid an inspection and guidance visit to Nuoheng Law Firm on September 4, 2024. Director, Lawyer Lin Wujiang, and partner Liang Weisen, Wu Nan, Cui Liying, and Yu Weidong participated in the colloquium.

The delegation toured the office, especially the party-building room and inquiring about the firm's party-building initiatives. During a subsequent meeting, Director Lin Wujiang presented a comprehensive report on the firm's development and party-building activities. The delegation also gathered input from attendees on party-building leadership, business growth and professional development. 

Following the report and feedback, Deputy Director Di Jing highlighted that Party building efforts and law firm development should be closely linked. She underscored the need to adhere to Party leadership and to advance the comprehensive integration of Party building and firm operation. Law firms need to maintain professionalism and brand identity while following a unique growth strategy, fulfilling their social obligations and consistently enhancing their brand image.

In his closing speech, Director Ni Dongxin stressed the necessity of leveraging Party building to drive team development, with a strong emphasis on political guidance. He advocated for an integrated development by embedding Party organization, activities, and management, striving to achieve new milestones through enhanced political leadership. He said that development must be guided by rules, while sticking to principles of fairness and justice; and we should strengthen the standardized management of law firms, practicing law in compliance with regulations, and presenting a new look through integrity and adherence to norms; build a new ethos through branding while promoting cultural growth within the firm; align Party building with the culture of the law firm, underscoring its vital role as a driving force and showcasing new characteristics in establishing a Party-led brand. Prioritize public service for the benefit of citizens and to uphold our dedication to community service; earnestly undertake social responsibilities by delivering effective legal aid and public services, participating in conflict mediation, and make new commitments in creating a rule-of-law environment.
