Lawyer Jia Yan from the Nuoheng Law Firm Provides Five Years of Financial Support for Students in Need

The General Office of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League issued (2024) 15 Notice on February 26, 2024, initiating a donation drive to aid struggling students. The League appealed to its caring members to step forward and offer financial support to 1,000 financially disadvantaged pupils in Qixingguan District, Bijie, Guizhou.

Each disadvantaged student will receive 1,200 yuan annually for five years, totaling 6,000 yuan. The Education and Technology Bureau of Qixingguan District, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, will determine the list of beneficiaries and distribute the funds. The Central Committee of the China Democratic League and the United Front Work Department of the Qixingguan District CPC Committee will jointly supervise the use of the donations.

The full amount was contributed on June 26, 2024. This aid helps relieve the student's financial and academic stress and encourages them to pursue a brighter future.
