National Advanced Group of Public Legal Service - Nuoheng Law Firm was Honored by National Glory

On March 27, the Ministry of Justice held a national commendation meeting for advanced collectives and individuals in the work of legal aid and public legal service and a promotion meeting for the construction of modern public legal service system in Beijing. The meeting emphasized that on the new journey, public legal services should firmly adhere to the leadership of the Party, further strengthen the Party building in the industry, strengthen political leadership, and accelerate the Party's organization and Party work from tangible to effective coverage. We should practice the rule of law for the people, strengthen basic public legal services, give full play to the three major platforms of entities, hotlines and networks, promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and regions, and take hard and practical measures to solve the problem of insufficient equalization. It is necessary to improve professional legal services, strengthen professional capacity building in the fields of attorney services, arbitration, legal aid, notarization and forensic appraisal, and push forward the revision of the Arbitration Law and the Lawyers Law, so as to effectively improve the public legal service capacity. We should strengthen the supply of high-quality legal services around the needs of high-quality development and high-level opening up, and the development of new quality productivity, and accelerate the enhancement of the capacity of foreign-related legal services. We should expand and strengthen public legal services, expand service areas, develop public legal service teams, and coordinate the active participation of all parties to form stronger synergies.

The meeting honored advanced collectives and individuals engaged in legal aid and public legal services nationwide, with 27 collectives in Beijing's judicial administrative system being awarded as national advanced collectives in public legal services.
