The Party Branch of Nuoheng Law Firm Convened a Thematic Study Session on the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee

To thoroughly comprehend and internalize the spirit of the Plenary Session and further enhance the political awareness and theoretical knowledge of our party member lawyers, the Nuoheng Law Firm party branch convened a thematic study session on the afternoon of August 21, 2024. The meeting, chaired by the party branch secretary Lin Wujiang, brought together party member lawyers to study and implement the guiding principles of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.

With Comrade Lin Wujiang guiding the process, the attendees studied the “Communiqué of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,” the remarks by General Secretary Xi Jinping regarding the “Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization,” as well as the “Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization.” This was followed by exchanges and discussions.

Studying, promoting and implementing the spirit of the Plenary Session is a major political task for the current and upcoming period. Through this meeting, all party members in the firm have pledged to enhance political study, align legal work with the decisions of the CPC Central Committee, create a powerful momentum and a pervasive atmosphere for learning, promotion and implementation of the spirit, pinpoint the critical junctures where the rule of law can reinforce and safeguard the modernization drive and integrate these with the legal profession's priority tasks. We should also endeavor to offer legal backing that supports a fair and dynamic market landscape and become lawyers who meet the expectations of the Party and the people.
